"YOU HAVE THE CONTROLS" -- The U.S. Coast Guard patrols the Main Hawaiian Islands with HH-65 Dolphin helicopters. In a rotary wing aircraft, the pilot-in-command sits on the right side of the aircraft instead of the left, as in fixed-wing aircraft. Here, Lt.
